GENERAL INFORMATION:
Screen or "set-up" and running charges:
Most items include the running charges for your 1-color, 1-position custom imprint. A running charge is the cost of imprinting your design on each piece. Running charges for additional imprint colors typically run from $0.05 to $0.50 per color/per item.
Screen/setup charges typically run 0 to $50. per color imprinted, per order. for 1-color, screen printed items. On some items, like die-struck metal and 4-color process printing, screen charges can be $100. or more. You will be advised of all charges prior to ordering. Items re-ordered within 12 months with the same imprint will not incur a screen charge.
Production Time:
Most items are produced in 10 to 15 business days. Allow 3-5 days for shipping unless you choose to pay for expedited freight. If you have an event date that you're trying to meet, let us know and we will do our best to have your order in your hands on time. We always get your approval for any "rush charges". You can also choose from a large selection that can be produced in 3-5 and shipped next day or 2 day if necessary to meet your deadline.
Shipping:
Shipping of all products is F.O.B. the supplier factory. Factories usually ship UPS, but may change from time to time to fastest way or the most cost effective way, depends on your needs. We do not ship C.O.D.
Overruns and Underruns:
Most items are subject to the industry standard over-/underruns of 5% billed pro rata. Some items, like high quantity plastic bags, are subject to 20% to 25% over-/underruns billed pro rata.
Sales Tax:
We are required to charge sales tax in Florida.
SAMPLES
Most samples are free. You may be charged freight if you need to have your sample shipped by expedited service. Higher cost items will be billed at the first quantity price plus freight.
ARTWORK
There is no charge for straight line copy. If
your logo is fairly simple we will create camera-ready art for your order free!
Production of artwork for multi-color imprints and complex logos are quoted at
$30. per hour. (many of these are also done for free!). We also accept most
digital forms of art. Line art should be created in a vector base program such
as Adobe Illustrator, Quark Express, Corel. Photos should be sent by snail mail
or sent to us via e-mail in a TIFF format (TIFF files should be zipped in PK zip
or Win Zip, Win Zip can be obtained from the following web site).
If you supply hard copy paper
camera-ready art for your order it must be from a laser printer of 600 DPI or
better (no ink jet printer copies) white paper and sized to fit the item(s)
you're ordering. Multi-color art must be color separated with register marks (if
you do not understand this terminology, please fell free to call: 800-915-6060
for an explanation.
PROOFS
We fax or e-mail you a proof of your imprint to approve, prior to printing your order. Nothing is left to chance!
